Title: My Marquee needs writing any advise?

hey
I am working on a firefighter marquee for my neophews.. ihave a logo made and back ground just need my font.. i have tried and tried i just cant get it looking cool.. any suggestions... going to say GAME STATION

game on left side of logo and Station on right.......

anyone advise any good sites to get free painshop pro filters????

I have been toying around with a smoking text, and a fire text.....
also thought about an Academy or profeessional looking Fire Dept font.. any suggestions?

Only problem I see is that the radius of the "Station 1 / Caledonia" text doesn't look to be the same as the circles in the emblem.  Other than that it's pretty slick.

IF you wanted to make the text blend in a bit more you could have bezeled it up from the background then tint it the colour you want then make it shiny.The text your currently using has a bezeled boarder allready so the effect is similar to just making slightly opaque i guess.burning the edges mightve looked ok as well.

combine the burnt edges with yoru font and I'd say you have a winner there!

  Photoshop CS will help you correct the radius for your lettering very easily and quickly BTW.
