Title: Ultracer PSX controller with the PC?

Do you know if this PSX controller will work in PC using a PSX-PC USB adaptor? It's called Ultraracer, and it's for driving games. I'd be interested in analogue functions. There's a PC version (for gameport), but my PC has no gameport and I'd also like to use it in my console.
