Windows XP Pro is OEM version available for as low as $95, $6 shipping. About 50% cheaper than retail version.

The Cheapest sellers are offering Dell only versions, so beware.
OEM versions do not allow for upgrading older installs to XP Pro. You can only do full installs. Technically they should only be sold with hardware. Even a mouse.

Wow. Back when XP first came out, I got a deal as a hardware reseller. I got XP Pro, a bunch of literature, and an XP lava lamp for $46.
