Title: Optipac USB cable question (wrong cable?)
Post by: TOK on November 01, 2004, 05:54:19 pm
Ordered an Optipac and trackball a few weeks ago, but I've been real busy  and hadn't looked at the stuff. I just started making my new panel for the trackball, and when I looked at the Optipac and USB cable that was supplied with it, I'm thinking I might have recieved the wrong cable.

The Optipac has 2 serial ports on it, the left is marked USB. My issue with the cable that I was given is that its USB on one end and PS/2 on the other. This should be serial to USB, right?  ???
I'm thinking the cable I got was the USB to PS/2 for the Ipac.

Anyone have one that could let me know, or am I missing something very obvious?
