Ringo - anyone who would narrate for Thomas The Tank Engine must be cool 8)
-
None---they all suck.
-
Hmm.. I would say Pre-Oko John.
-
Musically, I prefer Paul. Philosophically, it would be a tough call between John and George.
-
All of them except John. He was never on the Simpsons.
-
Bill, the infamous fifth Beatle ;D
-
Dung
-
Geddy Lee.
;D
-
Volkswagen
-
Juice ;D
-
Death Watch

They're all great. I have every album/song they ever released so I suppose I'm a bit biased ;D
George is under-rated IMO tho...
-
Geddy Lee.
;D
I second that!!!

Yeah, Abbey Road is one of my faves :)

John Lennon. He knew the power of music could change the world. Sadly missed by so many, my family cried for days when new came through.

What about when Elvis died? Then too? After all, he gave us Peanut Butter and 'Naner sammitches.
"for days" - how utterly maudlin ::)
-
Lennon. But Paul is a close second (aw helter skelter... or is that george?)

My family did the same when JFK was assasinated, I suppose you find that 'maudlin' too. I guess men of peace just aren't missed in some quaters.

Yep, Paul wrote it :)
I think Lennon had some of the most meaningful songs, particularly after the Beatles...I can't help feeling there was some government involvement in his death >:(
Maybe I'm just paranoid...

Not the 3 name killer theory.
John Wills Booth - Killed Lincoln
Lee Harvey Oswald - Killed JFK
John Hinckley Jr - Tried to kill Regan
Mark David Chapman - Killed Lennon
James Earl Ray - Killed MLK
-
Nope, I've read quite a bit and seen documentaries on the subject. It's to do with the CIAs MK Ultra mind control program, as apologised to the American people for by Bill Clinton.
-
Jr. isn't a name. :P
-
Dexter, how do you ever leave the house, what with all your conspiracy theories? I have no doubt whatsoever that you believe each and every one of them, and wonder when they are coming to get YOU....you probably jump whenever there's a knock at the door, thinking this might be the one.
And yeah, I believe the "for days @ JFK's death" is utterly maudlin too.
p.s. JFK was a Republican. He just used the Dum-o-crat label to get elected ;D

Ireland loved Kennedy, it didn't matter whether he was democrat or republican, he was a good man and a man of peace, partisan politics were irrelevant.
