Musically, I prefer Paul.  Philosophically, it would be a tough call between John and George.

They're all great.  I have every album/song they ever released so I suppose I'm a bit biased  ;D

George is under-rated IMO tho...

John Lennon. He knew the power of music could change the world. Sadly missed by so many, my family cried for days when new came through.

My family did the same when JFK was assasinated, I suppose you find that 'maudlin' too. I guess men of peace just aren't missed in some quaters.

Yep, Paul wrote it :)

I think Lennon had some of the most meaningful songs, particularly after the Beatles...I can't help feeling there was some government involvement in his death  >:(

Dexter, how do you ever leave the house, what with all your conspiracy theories?  I have no doubt whatsoever that you believe each and every one of them, and wonder when they are coming to get YOU....you probably jump whenever there's a knock at the door, thinking this might be the one.

And yeah, I believe the "for days @ JFK's death" is utterly maudlin too.  

p.s. JFK was a Republican.  He just used the Dum-o-crat label to get elected  ;D

Ireland loved Kennedy, it didn't matter whether he was democrat or republican, he was a good man and a man of peace, partisan politics were irrelevant.
