Title: Snaps in Mamewah - need help :)

Okay - I had Mamewah working nice and smoothly with all my EMUs. And actually it still does work nice and smoothly, only my snap folders aren't showing.

All I did was upgrade to a new hard drive so I could add a few more EMUs. I copied everything across, and now although they all work as before, I can't get the artwork files to show. I checked and double checked that the path is correct (e.g. for Mame it's C:\Mame\snaps). I also tried that path in all 10 options in the 'EMU1' cfg file and no show.

I'm using Mr Salty's 640 x 480 layout, which does shoe perfectly as before. I'm a bit stumped as I'm using the same cfg pasted across from when it worked perfectly.

Any ideas?

Mamewah needs to be reinstalled on a new setup, a dll file gets installed, paintx.dll i think and this isn't in the mamewah folder.

what he said. re-install or search the forums for the exact instructions on how to re-register paintX.dll

Just install the system files from my site - that should do it.
