Title: MAME cab. on MTV?

My, um, wife watches MTV's The Real World Philly (the new one) with some regularity.  I noticed that in that huge house of theirs they have a cocktail cab.  I don't think there is any artwork on it, but one episode, someone was playing it, and they didn't show the screen, but Pac Man music could be heard coming out of it.  On another episode, they showed the csreen, and the dude playing Commando!  Are there any original cabs that can play those two games, or is that a MAME cab?  It kind of got me thinking, if MTV was supplying the people on the show with illegal ROMS, could they be leaving themselves open to a lawsuit?

Before you say I have too much spare time...  Yes I do!  I'm recovering fom surgery for a few weeks, and have a bit of spare time to catch up on my message boards, a bit of TV, and EQ2.    :o
