subject says it all. i need to sell some of my stuff to pay my rent. i was off of work for a couple of weeks due to an illness so now i need some cash. hope someone here could use some of it.

i had offered it to someone before i listed it but hadn't heard back from him. then half an hour ago he emailed me saying he wanted it, so since i am a man of my word i pulled the auction and let him know it was his.

Good to hear. A lot of people are only out for the highest dollar so it's good to see someone keeping their word.

I recently pulled my auction for a broken Vectorbeam Space War game because I managed to repair it while the auction was going on. It would have been completely unethical to auction off a broken game and then try to pass off a working game to the winner. ;D

the bad part about being honest is i sold it to him for $25 less than my starting bid on ebay. Oh well at least i know it is going to someone that really wants it not to someone who will strip it for the monitor and parts.

I know what you mean. I had a few auctions that sold quite a bit below what I wanted, but I figured better to be honest than be an a-hole.

dirt: I have two quick questions.
1. What would you say the conditions are on the Pac-Mania and Sarge cabs (needs a little work, needs a lot of work).
2. Where about in Anaheim are you? I go with the wife & kids to Sonic every so often so I'm just trying to gauge where about you're located. Thanks.

the pacmania cab need some bondo work on the left side of the cp and at on the back at the bottom of the same side. it also needs the speaker panel. the bondo work is pretty easy to do it just takes some elbow grease to sand it down perfect. if you dont have access to wood working tools i could help you cut out the speaker panel.
the sarge is in good shape. it could use some paint but the wood is pretty good.
i live in Anaheim Hills. i am close to the 91 fwy and imperial. i am across the street from yorba reginal park(if you know where that is).
btw good call on sonic i love that place.

I figured on stripping and having to do probably do some bondo work, but they sound to be in really good shape.
I really like Sonic, too. My wife has lived in Riverside forever and had never even heard of Sonic until I took her a couple of years ago (must be the whole In-N-Out thing). Now her and the kids always want to go.
