I've bought from them in the past (when I lived in Ireland) and everything went smoothly.

Yeah they are fine...but expensive, and can take a very long time to deliver.  Also, shipping is always

Do you actually NEED new joysticks? Reason I ask is that I have been through over 100 arcade games in the past 4 or 5 years and only ONE of them needed a new joystick, and it just needed one of them.

Everyone here seems to have some sort of joystick fetish.

Take 'em apart...alcohol and elbow grease can cure almost any cola sin. Seriously, have you taken the sticks out and examined them?

You've probably had many decidated or decent machines.  The UK is afflicted with having damn awful 'Euro' joysticks on many/most machines  :P

Don't forget Ultimarc http://www.ultimarc.com/ (http://www.ultimarc.com/) - they are also UK-based.

this is relatively off subject, but i've got a whole nother post about needing side panel dimensions off of a neo geo machine and was wondering, first of all, what type of neo geo mashine do you have? (candy cab, mvs system, other...) and would you be willing to make a big trace of the side panel and send it to me in the mail?  i'd be willing to pay for it.  thanks.
