Title: Protecting Flooring
Post by: Superdude on October 22, 2004, 01:06:51 pm
Is there a levelers that will not scratch up the flooring underneath a arcade machine I can install?  I am putting in a brand new pergo floor and I hate to have it all scratched up when moving the machines around.

Thanks
John

why not put hose teflon furniture mover discs on the bottom of your existing levellers?

I'd go with non-marking rubber.  I think those teflon things would still scratch if dirt got between it and the floor.  Wouldn't they cause the cab to slide around too?

Try that kitchen drawer stuff at target/wal-mart for keeping stuff from sliding around.  It's rubberized.  Available in off-white (shouldn't mark floors).

I use those teflon disk in my rentals on all the appliances....I wouldn't recomend them on an arcade because they do move around very easily........
