Title: Sega optic board

Does anyone know the pinout on the Sega Optic Board 96599-P? I think it came out of a Turbo game. When I hook it up I only get movement to the left, no matter which way I turn the wheel. I tried moving the wires around, but no luck. So far I am preety sure that pin one is five volts< because the leds light up when it is connected
any help would be appreciated
