Title: Front Cabinet Door
Post by: Ler6557 on October 21, 2004, 11:31:57 am
I am going to buy an Ultimate Arcade II cabinet kit and I wonder if I can make a little door on the bottom of the front of the cabinet in order to access the insde. One with a lock on it such as the Pac-MAMEA. This would be to access the internal computer or interchange game systems or something else. If anyone could help in telling me whether or not I can do this (and how if I can) or another way to access the inside easily (through keyboard slot, coin thing) that would be great. Thanks.

You can do anything you want, it's your cabinet!  As for accessing the inside, I think most people just use the coin door (it's on a hinge so it swings open.).  a 4player coin door is definitely big enough to most tasks through.
