This is probably a stupid question, but here goes.
I have a capcom bowling game in an old centipede cab - I think the bowling is jamma. I am considering purchasing another jamma game (shuffleshot). Is it as simple as taking cable off bolwing and attaching to the shuffleshot? Both have trackball and two buttons I believe. I would like to know answer to this prior to purchasing the shuffleshot board.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Check the pinouts of each game, if they're both the same, then you're golden. (all Jamma games are supposed to use the same pinout, but it's best to check anyway).
Here's the ShuffleShot pinout:

The Capcom Bowling pinout should be in the game manual, it's available on the KLOV page:
http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=7267
Here's the pinout from that manual (page18), this is from the Upright kit manual, but I would imagine the cocktail pinout is the same:

Looks like they're different. Shuffleshot seems to use a seperate connector for the trackball, so you'll need to do a little wiring.
Edit: That said, this auction (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=187&item=8135360427&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW) seems to have a Jamma Shuffleshot board, so maybe there are several different versions of Shuffleshot boards.

Isn't shuffleshot a horizontal game, while capcom bowling is vertical?
