I have a G07 monitor here with a wicked amount of screen burn. I also have a 19" TV with a good tube in it. I have checked on the resitance of the yoke windings and they are very close to what the G07 tube is. The G07 tube is 52ohms and 1.8 ohms and the replacement is 43ohms and 1.8 ohms. Is the 10ohm difference enough to keep me from using this tube as a replacement? I will need to change the yoke connector to match the original G07 tube, but that is no big deal. Anyone know if this will work?

That ohm differnence is significant. In fact (in the high resistance 'rage') I normally don't find anything outside the 50-58 range, so a 43 is very very low but way too high for the low resistance range of 7-16.
I would suggest that you wont be happy with the results of this, there probably will be significant pincushion or other geometic problems. I'm sure Ken could attest if 43 is "unsafe" (e.g. be too much of a strain on the components in the vertical deflection circuit). Perhaps throwing a svery mall ohm resistor inline to bring it closer to 55 might prevent chassis damage, but wouldn't help much on the geometry (since technically yokes work on Impedence [ac, not 'total' dc resistance] )
I would not even bother with that difference, as I did test on a low range chassis, a 8 in a 15 and a 13 in an 8, and both had equal but opposite pincushioning, so I'd expect the same with a 43<-->52. My pics here: http://www.oscarcontrols.org/chassis
If the tube is good and pin compatable, and you don't have any other tubes and the G07 one is beyond use, then it may be worth the time to swap yokes and reconverge.
