Title: Model 2 in FE?
Post by: liquid8 on October 15, 2004, 10:43:37 pm
Anyone been able to get the nebula model2 emu to work from in a frontend. I tried using Howards generic keypress simulator, the only problem was, at the rom selection screen, you cannot press a button to start the rom, you have to mouse click on the start button.

Heh, you don't need the keypress simulator, you need the command line wrapper.  Nebula takes command line arguments, just be sure to set the gui mode in nebula to classic.

Ummm i've had a similar question.. But Howard, i don't see any option either thru the GUI or the INI to set to "classic" for model 2

The newer version doesn't have the option afaik... I guess until a new release you can use the older version, but i had issues with the classic mode (namely my mouse is not visible, so it is difficult to setup.

Yes, but the newer version isn't based on nebula and isn't called nebula model 2.  Be careful what you ask for. ;)
