Title: Ultimarc BREAKOUT cable HELP NEEDED *********
Post by: koolmoecraig on October 14, 2004, 11:53:14 pm
Hello,

Can someone tell me what each of the colors on the Ultimarc breakout cable are?

I really just need to know which are the H, V, Ground, and Syncs.

Thanks!

The Ultimarc site says they are labeled.  The R, G, B wires are Red, Blue, Green, H = horizontal sync, V = vertical sync, - = ground.

Completely wrong dude.

On my breakout cable tags the Red is the black cable, Blue is the red, and Green is the brown. Horizontal is purple. The lables fell off the rest of them on mine (Vertical, Syncs, and ground.) so that's what I need.

Thanks though.

BUT! thanks to your post I now know that the ground is marked by - which I didn't notice. Through process of elimination I can figure it out.

Thanks dude.

the ground should be an easy one cause its like 5wires into one. Then your only left with the vertical sync.
