Title: Happ Rotaty Joystick
Post by: Minwah on September 13, 2002, 11:07:40 am
Am I correct in thinking that the Happ Rotary Joysticks (both optical & mechanical) are basically a Happ Super with a longer shaft and encoder/mechanism on the end?

Do they 'feel' exactly the same as a standard Super for 8-Way games?

I'm just considering swapping my Player 1 Joystick for one of these to increase the no. games I can play properly.

Cheers  :)

Yes, they are.  ;D

I spoke with people from Happ's before I bought my Optical Sticks, and they are Super's with longer shaft and optical board at the base.

Nice sticks!

Hope no one minds me reviving this old thread.  But I would like to know the answer to this, do they feel the same?

thanks,

The Happs optical Rotaries feel a little stiffer than the supers...just a little bit though
