I'm dropping few lines to share my last modifications to my cabinet.
I installed last Spring an USB Oscar Model 1 Spinner on my cp and I never got the speed needed to play one of my all time favorite arcade game: Arkanoid. Needless to say that I tried all software settings possible either in Windows, Logitech driver or Mame.
Last week when I discovered that Kelsey was offering a new Encoder wheel for Model 1 user like me I ordered it (with a skirted knob while there).
I received my order this morning and I just installed both those new parts. Results: S-U-P-E-R. Arkanoid rocks. The feedback from the spinner is 99.999% like the orginal cab! My setting in Mame (Analog Controls Sensitivity) is now at 130% instead of 255%!
I'm wondering if other Oscar model 1 user's had changed their encoder wheel like me?
P.S. Thanks Kelsey!
