Title: need help fine tuning cab...

hi, i've searched several sites to no avail for details on how to replace windows boot-up and shutdown screens with screens of my choice.  I'd love to make my cab all the more real by streamlining my startup screens and my hibernations screen, so feel free to drop specifics or links.

and, like always, i need dimensions from a neo geo mvs cab...feel free to help.
