Title: Well this is semi-interesting...

My computer can't make up it's mind...  

No keyboard, keyboard.

The x-ed out one is "I Hate This Key"  a program that disables the windows key while playing full screen games.

The non-x-ed one is "Hotkeycontrol XP" a program for creating hot keys within the windows environment.
