Title: WTB: Claw from crane game

Anyone know where I can get the claw mechanism from a crane game?
I'd need the x/y movement mechanism too.
I've tried ebay, but no one ever seems to have them.

I'm trying to build my own crane game that I can fill with all my stuffed animals.

Old cranes can go for dirt cheap. Look for an austion in your area. The last auction I went to, the cranes went for 5$ each.
