Aww man, I want to have a Defender so bad, I would love to restore one. It's such a shame that folks throw these away when there are a lot of people who would love to have it. :'(
BTW I just saw all the great pics of your restoration. Inspiring stuff!

Thanks I appreciate that. I sure wish that Defender was close to me though, I am really itching to do a full-on restoration of one of those. That was my game back in the day. I hope someone here can go grab it.

I would love to have it but detroit is 4 hrs away and I only go once a month (now if someone were to pick it up for me and hold it in the detroit area that would be perfect--then again I might as well wish for gold bricks to fall from the sky :P)

Crap-I just drove past that place Sunday afternoon. I had my trailer also (with a Mach 3 and Berzerk). I absolutely would have grabbed that cabinet.
Timing is everything.

Consider it saved :)
Nice looking cabinet. Wood looked nice and the side and front art looked
to be in great shape. Also had a monitor tube and chassis that was tagged
as bad so I'll have to see if I can get that in working shape. Too dark to
take get a real good look at it or take any pictures (I picked it up about
9pm, really glad it was still there) so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to
get a chance to really look it over. Eventually I'd like to turn this into
a multi-Williams. Thanks for the info though :)
