Title: ipac 2 question (usb)

i have ipac 2 usb ( i read the usb vs ps/2 and didn't see what i need btw)

my setting are saved in memory however, when i load up programs, it doesn't activate that button till i go to ipac utility and hit program...then i can play

shoudln't this work as soon as pc is booted?  thanks ???

it should work. E-mail Andy and see what he has to say. If he suspects that the I-pac is at fault, he will send you a replacement ASAP.
