I just got zinc the other day and tried to use zinc gui and zinc fe to play my roms. At first zinc gui only saw my street fighter ex2 rom and played it perfectly but i moved the zinc folder(updated the roms directory link as well) and now it doesnt see anything. Zinc fe sees all my roms but wont play any of them. Do you guys know of any awesome guis that are up to date? Thanx

I was just having a similar problem.
Firstly, make sure you're using ZINC V 0.9 --- I was using 0.5 and having tons of troubles until I upgraded --- then check out Aldo's FE at http://www.aldostools.com/frontends.html
You're PROBABLY using DaFreak's GUI, in which case if you click "Show ZINC Output" it will tell you why nothing's working.

thanx! Zinc FE is working great with street fighter yet wont open up my other games(soul edge ver.a and c, tekken). Do u have any idea y this is happening?

I think dafreak's ZINcGUI is the most often updated. I know it's what I'm using (v1.9.0). It also gives you a way nicer control setup interface. What I didn't like is that it makes you configure each game. =P
Aldo's FE worked fine tho. Just a bit more limited.
Oddly enough, even tho I don't have a nVidea card, some games that were real glitchy on D3D run nicely in open GL.
The Namco games all run with no sound (not emulated yet) and pretty major graphic glitches, so if you "only" have the Capcom stuff running, you're doing okay!

Ok explain this one to me. My controls are set correctly I have hit apply. I'm using zinc .9 and the 1.94 fe when I load the game it starts and fine, however my controls don't seem to work right. 1st player can move but not hit 2nd player can hit but not move. its almost like the butons our mislabled. Any ideas??
