Title: You To Can Beat SMB3 in 11Min!!!
Post by: Setabs on October 01, 2004, 10:46:30 pm
Don't know if anyone watches The Screen Savers but they showed the sites on thursday that help you totally cheat your way to the end of almost any emulated game.  And even make a video of it.  http://www.g4techtv.com/screensavers/episodes/3514/Nichelle_Nichols_Laser_Cutter_Art_LAN_Party.html (http://www.g4techtv.com/screensavers/episodes/3514/Nichelle_Nichols_Laser_Cutter_Art_LAN_Party.html)

Those are great!

I love how efficient they make the gameplay look.

I've seen stuff like this before.  It's kinda cool.

nb: how do you get the "movie" files to work?  I downloaded SNES9X just to play them, and can't find the option to get it to play.

Someone must know.

Edit: yeah, you must have the most recent version.  It's a new feature.

I downloaded the SMB3 in 11 min awhile ago, and I always knew it had to be emulation created...I speculated about save states, but never thought about the game glitches or slow mo...
it's still cool though, seeing one of my favorite games being played so carefully.  I have to see that zelda one sometime :)
