Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how or if I could setup Mame32 on my home computer and then hook it up into an acrade cabinet with an arcade monitor (15KZ) instead of having it on a computer monitor? Also is there a program that can start it up automatically upon turning on the computer and shutting down when the computer is shut down? Would I still need to use a mouse or a track ball? Any help offered is greatly appreciated!

Short answer: Don't bother.
Long answer: MAME32 is plain awful for use on a cabinet. It looks like Windows, it's awkward to control and simply isn't meant for use on anything other than a desktop PC.
Check out these cabinet-FE instead (in no particular order):
Kymaera
Dragon King
3dArcade
Ultrastyle
MAMEWAH
Whichever you choose (inc. MAME32), by far the easiest way to display Windows @ 15khz is with an ArcadeVGA card from www.ultimarc.com .
