Remember Google (http://www.google.com) is your friend. Just do a search for the game name and "ringtone" and you should be able to find what you want.

Or search for "arcade ringtones"

If you have Verizon Wireless you have to get ringtones through their Get It Now set-up. It's a bit of a hassle having your search narrowed, however.... Namco has their own ringtone service featuring videogame music though that program. And yes, Ms. Pac Man is on the list as well as Pacmania, and other fine Namco games.
It works with other phones too so here's the link even if you don't use Verizon:

For some reason the ringtones I find never sound any good. Most phones will play MIDI files and they do tend to be of good quality. Like for instance on:
World of Game Music MIDs (http://www.mirsoft.info/gamemids-archive.php)
Their MsPacman file has a few tunes in it.
