he gave me a hard time with shipping at first ( i live 10 mins away from he and he wouldnt let me pick it up)
so i told him i pay what ups said it was as oppse to his flat rate.
depending on whos looking for this coin door, you can get a great price. i seen as hi as 60 bucks (still good) and as low as 30 from what he sells and history

its teh shipping that bugs me. Been lookin at ebay auctions for awhile now and the shipping ranges from $10-$40. There should be a law against shipping rates as profit.
its a downright crime

I can tell you from experience. I live Texas and ship these doors on a regular basis. I have shipped them to Louisiana for as little as $11 and to the New Englnd area for about $24. I have a few new ones on eBay right now and I have it set for a flat fee of $15 shipping. It's just easier to deal with. I realize I am "screwing" the people closer to me but I also lose money on the people far away, so it all evens out in the end (for me anyways) and the door is such a good deal compared to Happs, I don't think anyone would mind if I over charge them $3 on shipping because I don't want to bother with actual shipping charges.
As a side note however I recently asked the UPS person the last time I sent one out how much they weighed (I know, I know, it just occured to me, duh), so in the future I can just use eBays shipping calculator. FYI these doors weigh 15 lbs with the coin tub and coin tub cage.
If someone really wants to buy one and pay actual shipping then I will do it. Heres the link if anyone is interested.
