Title: Anyone interested in molex connectors?
Post by: dxvyper on September 23, 2004, 10:12:10 pm
I found a source for 1/2" Molex connectors - the type used on a lot of arcade control panels. They make it much easier to interface existing controls or to make modular panels. Before I get a bunch of them, I wanted to see it there was any interest. in them. The price would be ~ 2.50 - 3.00 for a 12 pin connector. I could also get 15 pin connectors, if there is interest.

Just reply to this post if you are interested, and how many you would like.

Thanks,
dxvyper

I thought Molex connectors were measured by their pin size, as well as how many pins.

These are .062" connectors. Tough to find at Radio Shack (at least locally).

Molex pins drive me insane, because no one has ever taught me the secret handshake which allows you to crimp them.

No doubt.  Available for like $15 @ http://www.mcminone.com.  Good if you work with Molex a lot.
