Title: Marquee Help!

Would anyone be able to mockup a hi-res marquee somewhere along the lines of my thumbnail below !

I do not have ilustrator or any orther image manipulation programs.

I am just looking for a simple text only marquee possibly with black background and glowing Blue/UV Text.

If anyone could help I would be most greatfull.

My Marquee sizes are 21-1/2"x5-1/2"

Keith has done an excellent job on my request and my final version is below.

As you can appreciate I am a very happy guy  ;D

Keith is thinking about taking commissions for his work in the future. I don't know about the rest of you but I think his order book would be crammed full of requests.

Keep up the great work and thanks again for your time and effott that you have put into this !

With Keiths permission I will be posting the full size image on the Arcade Art Library web site.

literally though, it does look pretty cool.
