Title: Could I use a 512Mb X-rom in a Gamecube with GB attachment?

Post by: Bgnome on September 16, 2004, 02:24:38 pm: i would think not. if you are trying to emulate NES on gba hardware, there is only 1 controller available. i have no experience with the emulator so i cannot say whether or not it supports link play, in which case you would need another set of gba hardware, ie another gba player on another gamecube, in order to link up. if you really want to emulate NES games on your TV, i would suggest getting a tv-out for your pc and possibly controller adapters. this would be MUCH cheaper than buying a gba player and an x-rom 512 if you havent already.

Post by: AlanS17 on September 30, 2004, 06:40:19 pm: I already have the hardware to go the PC route, but I thought it would be cool to play Nintendo games using Nintendo hardware. I'm already planning the multi-console emulator, though. It's just a matter of actually doing it.
