If I had the attachment to play Gameboy games on a Gamecube, would this cartridge work on a Gamecube?
-
It should, the GB:Player is just GBA hardware without the vid stuff.

Yeppers. ;D

So if I had NES 2-player games on my GB cartridge would I be able to play 2-player on the Gamecube? I know that's a bit more of a stretch.

i would think not. if you are trying to emulate NES on gba hardware, there is only 1 controller available. i have no experience with the emulator so i cannot say whether or not it supports link play, in which case you would need another set of gba hardware, ie another gba player on another gamecube, in order to link up. if you really want to emulate NES games on your TV, i would suggest getting a tv-out for your pc and possibly controller adapters. this would be MUCH cheaper than buying a gba player and an x-rom 512 if you havent already.

I already have the hardware to go the PC route, but I thought it would be cool to play Nintendo games using Nintendo hardware. I'm already planning the multi-console emulator, though. It's just a matter of actually doing it.

i was thinking about dropping a mini-itx computer inside of a nes or snes just for emulation on a tv.
