Title: Doom 2 loaded, what next?

OK, I figure it is time to include PC games as worthy of having a reminiscient flash-back.  I have loaded Doom 2 (Doom 1 and Descent to follow) and now I am trying to think what other games rate as Classic PC Games.  They also need to be modded for 2000 or XP.

Hexen and Heretic should be included, but they are so close to Doom anyway.

I was thinkng about X-Wing.  I don't know if Freespace is too modern.

Any thoughts???

Get the quake1 shareware cd and crack.  You will have all of iD's games up to quake1 then :)

Monster Bash

Check out apogee's line of abandonware.
