Still waiting on a reply from RCA, but could not find anything on their site or any other that even says RCA make arcade monitors. I am hoping its a rebadged WG or something common.
Model is model# AGGAEK21X03.
Funny reading about all these people trying to identify their monitors. When mine is so clearly labeled and i still can find any info on it.
Any help would be greatly appretiated.

RCA doesn't make arcade monitors. RCA made the picture tube.
Post a picture of the monitor chassis and I can tell you what monitor it is.

Thanks for your offer to help here is an image. If it is not clear let me know i will send another.
Thanks again

That appears to be a relatively brand new replacement chassis. either one of those from 8liners or the ebay seller or one of the other ones. Doesn't quite look like a JennShinn, could be an Eygo? Ken probably knows this one.

Looks like a Wei-Ya 1820 or 1220. Visit www.weiya.com.tw/

It is definately 1 of those 2. I checked the link you so kindly gave me and the specs are the same for both models. I entered these details in and .... Yes it works. thanks so much. :)

The 1220 model is for use with a picture tube yoke that has 9 to 15 ohms resistance (a.k.a. "low impedance") on the vertical section. The 1820 is for use with a picture tube yoke that has 30 to 56 ohms resistance (a.k.a. "high impedance") on the vertical section.
While the monitor power is off and it's unplugged, disconnect the 4 wire yoke connector and stick your digital ohmmeter leads in the yellow and green wires. If it shows 30 to 56 ohms then you have a model 1820. Of course if you look at the silkscreened markings on the component side of the monitor board, somewhere near the edge by the power cord is the model number.

Well it did work, until i started turning dials the other day, to try and tune to a different res. I have tried turning different dials , but really have no idea what I am doing anymore. The screen seems to be duplicated 2 or three time and layered on top of each other, flashing white. If that makes any sense. Can anybody suggest which setting needs adjustment. Please help. This %$%% thing was working before >:(

What kind of input signal are you trying to give it?
It sounds like you are trying to just hook up a regular pc video output to it.
That monitor only accepts 15k composite sync input.

Yes, this monitor is a stanard (CGA) resolution only. It sounds like you are feeding it a signal out of it's specifications. Horizontal hold is probably what you need to adjust. Don't continue to feed it an out of spec signal as you can damage the monitor.

At the moment 15k composite sync input i guess, just a Jamma SF2 PCB, but before i had the pc with a j-pac (which i was under the inmpression would not send any output out of the the safe range) ???
