depends if you're talking about the roll on sticky stuff (which i've used to cover old kitchen cabinet doors and an old black pair of hi fi speakers i wanted to fit in with old living room better) ..or the sheet stuff that's hard, that you glue on
i've bought my stuff on a roll from B&Q... not sure what sizes and stuff thay have though :)

B&Q/Homebase sell fablon "stickybacked plastic"
I gave it a miss and went for happ black vinyl (because it has leather like texture and assumed it to be more hard wearing for use on CP). its pretty good stuff.
Happ also do wood effect vinyls - think the Presidential Walnut Vinyl is exact match for original pacman cocktail cabs.

email donna.morrell@happcontrols.co.uk for a quote as website only have US prices. rolls are 40" wide and they sell it by the foot.

assume you want to cover your cab. i did consider same approach but in end went for oak veneered MDF instead (got it from a local kitchen firm) - looks really nice now is been varnished.

the roll stuff 'fablon' was on the end of one of the isles..... i think it was at the back between the kitchen/wallpaper/electrical sections
