That seems kind of slanted. They keep arguing that he was in a "free" country, not a socialist one, when the SU was soviet. and they base that he couldn't have seen a tank, because another person grew up in a place occupied by soviets, and they didnt see one. Was he on the streets and awake all day?

But on another note, can anyone figure out why hes republican!?

He liked Nixon's political views.  (His words)

I'm going with:  Because he makes a lot of money and wants to keep as much of it as possible, starve children, harm the environment, and keep the poor under the bootheel of American oppression.

But that's just me  ;D ;)

man, you're makin me work my concise oxford dictionary overtime.

Savant (fem. savante)- a learned person, esp.  a distinguished scientist etc.

Not sure i understand the context of 'savanted' or that it is even a valid conjugation of 'savant'...

 ???

I think he means it like "Idiot savant", me being the idiot, throwing out the savant-ness, or savant-itude.

Go find THOSE two in your Oxford dingleberry factory! :P

I threw away my dictionaries when I learned about Google's handy little dictionary feature.  Just type in 'define:[word]' and it gives you a bunch of definitions (or in 'savant's' case, just one).  Not a stock holder - I just really like it a lot!

Yeah, I don't think 'savanted' is proper conjugation - but using a noun as a verb seems kind of chic nowadays.
