Actually I have already identified it, I just need some info about it, can anyone help?
The sticker on the side says:
Picture Monitor
CM-A20
AC 100V 50/60Hz 120w
Toei Musen Co. Ltd
Is that an accurate idea of what refresh rate it will support?? i.e. can I hack it up to a normal VGA card? or do I still need something like arcadeos or a special (15-30Hz) video adaptor?
If not, does anyone know what refresh range it will operate at and what resolutions it can support..

I don't know anything about that monitor but here is some tip.
1. If it is a SVG/VGA monitor, it just plugs in the PC.
2. If it is a 15khz ARCADE MONITOR, you can make the ARCADE VGA HACH cable and STILL you nee a software to drive it to 15khz (ArcadeOS is the software that will drive it to display the MENU in 15khz).
So no matter what, if it is a 15khz monitor, you do need a type of program to have a nice looking screen.
So to test out your theory if anyone does not reply or know about what monitor you have.
1. Plus it in directly to the PC, this will be easy cause if you don't have the 15 pin vga connected on the monitor then its not a SVG/Vga monitor.
2. Make the Arcade VGA hack and use that and when you turn it on, you get double picture scrooling then use a PROGRAM that will program your Video Card to 15khz so the display is good, one program is the ARCADEOS (incabniet=1), Advmenu, MonARC etc.... Good luck
