Title: Batch MP3 file size (bitrate) reduction freeware

I'm looking for a freeware tool which will allow me to reduce the filesize/bitrate of numerous MP3's in a directory or, better yet, a goup of directories in a batch.

I believe CDex can do it.

Had an old release of CDEX but the new one does it. Thanks
