Title: what two wires do i jump to kick start an atx Mobo?

Just wondering before i get too far into this project

Virtually all modern ATX mobo's are labled with PWR SW. You cross the two pins on the mobo or the two wires coming from those two pins.

Pin 14 and any ground wire

Or to put it in movie language, the green wire and the black wire

Rather than tapping into the power supply connector, you should look up the documentation on the motherboard and find the pin header that the normal power switch connects to.

This would be cleaner in my opinion.
