Title: EMS adapter problems

I just got a new EMS playstation to PC adapter from levelsixand I cant get it to work.  I'm running Windows XP home and it's advertised as working in windows xp without the need of driver installation, but it didn't so I installed the drivers and still no success.  Has anyone had any luck with this adapter?  if so i'd love to hear how you got it to work.

well, there's a little switch on the back for "game" and "pc".  I switched it to "pc" and it works fine.
