Just an Idea for Lazarus..if your like me you dump roms into a dir and just make a generic list some roms work some don't. (even if u have the correct dats etc) But I was thinking you ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- make a delete key to remove the games u test and do not work? maybe even a rename? that way no need to swap back to explorer..
just a thought
thx

Well I've thought about it, and I can easily do it, but it's dangerous in the current setup... Upon the next release I will add password support... perhaps then I could do something like that, with a few confirmation screens between it and the deletion. Probably a better idea is to do what romcenter does and move all "deleted" files to a junkroms folder so that they can be recovered later. The problem is changing the gamelists on the fly, but as long as it's one game at a time I should be able to write a function to do it quickly.

HC, so someone would have to have a keyboard next to their cabinet in order to enter the password????

No I'll do like they do for video games.... left and right moves the letters and up and down changes them. That's why the search wasn't included this release... I need to set this style of menu up and then I'll use it.
