Title: XBOX or PC in the CAB?

I'm having a major dilemma here.  I can't decide if I want my Xbox or myPC in my cab.  I have a modded xbox with MAME, and other emulators,  and would be great for fighting and sports games.  But what about games that use the two joysticks, and the triggers?  Is there a way I could use the normal joystick configuration for old arcade games, and games that dont use the other joystick and such.   And then buy some wireless XBOX controllers to use when I want to play games that require the real xbox controllers.

Or should I keep it simple with a PC where I can map everything to a keyboard??

Also should I go with a TV monitor or VGA monitor?  Both have advantages and disadvantages, what do you all think??
