Title: Removing "NAG" screens in arcadeos/advmame
Post by: vettetek on August 18, 2004, 06:37:07 pm
Just wondering if anyone has been able to get rid of the nag screens with this combo? I must be missing a setting, cause I think I got everything disabled, but the damn things keep popping up!
Anyone got this setup correctly?
Thanks,
~V

Well...what version of Mame are you using?  They have had an option for nag screens for a while now.

Im using the latest versions of arcadeos and advmame.
I have the nag screen option turned off (or set to disable), but it still lets em through. I figured Im not doing something else right :-[
Thanks

Is that all nags, or just just the ones that warn about imperfect sound/video?

no its the first...emulators are copyright material....ect that says "press ok"
and the information screen after that with version number screen size, year, ect that says press any key.
