Title: Huge thanks to a really nice guy!
Post by: Raven.. on August 15, 2004, 01:53:30 am
The Dallas auction is over, and I owe a huge thanks to Chemixtry for helping me get my machines loaded up.  We just met for the first time at the auction and he is a great guy.

This is what makes the internet worthwhile! ;D

No problem! I just wanted to be invited over when you fire up that massive time crisis monitor! ;D

Actually it's Virtua Cop...not that it makes a difference ;D

I plugged it in and the tubes crackle, so it has life.  The fun part is going to be figuring out how to wire up the connections.  I think I'm going to build a pedestal control panel and put that 1-slot Neo Geo in it.  That or MAME the beast!

Got a bit of reading to do first.  I've never worked with a giant-sized RGB monitor before.

I'm still kicking myself for not getting that twin tigers in a tron cabinet. Oh well there are always more auctions.
