That's a VERY outdated controller adapter. Try this one:

It will support pretty much anything including dance pad mode.

Yeah, I bought one of these. I noticed that it lagged unbearably, and ignored fast button presses. I'd really recommend against it.
I ended up using its case and one of the PSX ports to make a playstations to parallel port adapter (that works perfectly, for dancepads or otherwise) from these plans (http://www.emulatronia.com/reportajes/directpad/psxeng/intro.htm).

I bought one of that too...
And I got the lag and the fast button presses bug... Damn... >:(

Now I gonna buy another adapter... damn... few bucks in trash... :'(
