Both www.arcadeshop.com and www.mikesarcade.com sell Centipede sideart. Can anybody comment on the quality of either vendor's product? Mikesarcade is quite a bit cheaper, and both have other items I need to order.

I got mine from arcadeshop and its amazing. I think its the same as the one at phoenix arcade. Although PhoenixArcade's was $25 cheaper, they were out of stock (but should be back in stock by now). I would check, but I think mikesarcade has the pink border as opposed to the yellow (don't quote me on that one).
If you have any specific questions for me, ask away... I just wont respond. I'm going to China tomorrow! ;D
