will kinkos print off a full sized cad template for my arcade cab ?

I'm guessing they could..

For my Control Panel I designed the layout in AutoCAD. I then divided it up into a grid (individual sections that would fit onto A4...'Letter' if you are in the US) and then printed off in full scale over several sheets of A4. I taped the sheets together and used the template to simply mark at all hole centres - saved me dimensioning up for all the controls onto my CP top
Could be worth a try if you wanna save a bit of dosh! but may be a little 'too' much messing for a full cab

I don't know but when I went in to my local Kinko's to have something faxed (yes I was too lazy to go find my old phone modem, install it and install the fax software), a guy was there having some blueprints printed up. They were on paper that was 3' wide. I am guessing yes if they have paper big enough but you would probably have to ask what format they need the file in for printing.

Well, they might not if they think it has copyrighted material.
Get this, a lady I work with took a picture of her grandson to kinkos. She wanted an enlargement.
Well, Kinkos refused because the picture had "Olan Mills" on it (because they took it) and they said it would violate copyrighted material!!
Got to love that DMCA

I don't like the DMCA, but the above really has nothing to do with it. Kinko's could have easily refused to copy that copyright photograph long before the DMCA. Complain to Olan Mills, or go to another photographer. When I was married we specifically bought the rights to all our photos, and got the negatives. It probably cost us more up front, be we aren't tied to a photographer or studio for prints.
Don't get me started on my real issues with the DMCA, or what I think of the RIAA or ...

Kinkos has a 3' ploter. It's not the cheapest thing in the world to use but nothing at kinkos is really. I used it when I needed some visio charts blown up to stick on the wall for my wedding. They are also kind of picky on the format so you'll have to go in there and ask them what format they want things in to print it out for you.
