Title: replacing standard joysticks on hotrod to happs perfect 360

i keep hearing good things about these happs perfect 360 joysticks and I'd like to replace the standard 8 way or whatever comes with the hotrod SE with the 360s.  would this be hard?  the 360s require power which I guess I'd have to wire in, but i could just connect the other connections in the same manner as the joysticks that I am replacing right?  thanks for any help.
