Michigan Brighton area

You gutted an Area 51 cab to put in a PS2??!?!?
I think that I am going to pass out...
On a side note, do you have any of the PCB's/chips from it for trade/sale?
-
I didnt gut the cabinet. I bought it as a empty cabinet in hope of restoring but decided to mame instead. All I have is the marquee.

It's not a dedicated Area 51 cab anyway. It looks like a generic Dynamo cabinet (or a TMNT, Wrestlefest, Capt. America and the Avengers, etc). This is what a dedicated Area 51 looks like:

The dead giveaway to the fact that it wasn't a dedicated Area 51 {besides the coin door) is the fact the pic he showed of the cab doesn't look like an alien barfed all over it.
I didn't know you wanted a coin door. I have two of them. I would have offered them in trade in addition to that other stuff for the Sega Rally PCB. Too late now, I guess.
Check Ebay, they pop up on occasion.

The opening looks like a std pinball / arcade coin door. You might want to measure the hole, before bidding on bidding / buying, but it looks like the std one. I have one in good condition (a two slot) with mechs that I was thinking of ebaying. I'll post pics when I get home, if you are interested, maybe we can work a trade / sale.

I would definately be interested in buying or trading for it. I will post measurements in a few.

That is a normal sized door alright, almost any square door will fit, all the square ones are the same size. It looks like you already have the frame to an early Atari one there, so I would go with that.
