Title: how do you hack microsoft sidewinder dual strike for a gas pedal?

I know you can hack a microsoft dual strike sidewinder pad for use as a gas pedal for mame. I opened up my controller and have no idea what to even hack. Could somone please let me know what I need to do and give me some pics to help out. Thanks! Rob
