Title: ArcadeVGA and WG9200 Setup Request
Post by: squizz on August 05, 2004, 06:11:31 am
 Hello........

I'm about to install my arcadevga card into the cabinet with a wg9200 monitor , and was wondering what is the best way to get each game running to the best as one can get it Looking......

So is there a quick setup that you do from scratch?

I'm running Mamewah as a frontend loader also !

Thank you.

I have the same hardware setup as you but I use MAME32, did you check out the Arcade VGA setup page on the Ultimarc site.

At http://mamewah.mameworld.net/downloads.html (http://mamewah.mameworld.net/downloads.html), download the "ArcadeVGA M.A.M.E Resolution Tool".

I haven't used it yet (have yet to build my cab), but I plan on the same setup as you, and came across the link when doing some research.

if your using dos i would reccomend advancemame and arcadeos. they work gereat together and you can fully configure your video to how you want it. if your using windows i would get the video tool that was mentioned previously.

Thanks guys

I'm using mame windows and tried the ArcadeVGA M.A.M.E Resolution Tool.

everything is great except i notice that i have to enable hardware stretch or otherwise the screen is only half the size...
